I was born and raised in Carrollton, Georgia. Even though this is my third year teaching, it is my first year as Mrs. Kent. I just got married in June! :)
I graduated from Central High School with honors in 2003 and furthered my education at Auburn University. I graduated from Auburn, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I graduated from the University of West Georgia in August 2009 with my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education with a math endorsement.
I am very close to my family whom all live close by. I love my pets, Savannah, Cody and Bailey. I also enjoy going to the lake and beach, spending time with my family and friends, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers. Most weekends in the fall I am in Auburn supporting my team! War Eagle!
I am very excited to be at South Douglas Elementary School and I am very blessed to have such a great group of students this year! :)
